The scientific journal "Public Rights" was launched in 2023 by the Public Rights Department of the Judiciary Research Institute in cooperation with the Attorney General's Office.
Due to the specialization of topics in various fields of law, the Judiciary Research Institute has published a specialized publication focusing on public Rights in order to provide a scientific center for those interested, and it accepts scientific articles from researchers, professors, and students regarding "public Rights, preservation, and its revival.
To provide easy and universal access to the latest research findings, this journal has been established as an open-access journal. This journal receives fees from its authors for refereeing and publishing the article, and the authors assign all material and intellectual rights related to the publication of the article to the journal and the Judiciary Research Institute, and the journal publishes the article in print, online, international and domestic indexes and with has full authority. And possible material benefits belong to the publication and the licensee. This right will be revoked only by rejecting the publication of the article in the journal or by withdrawing the authors from continuing cooperation until the definitive assignment of the article is determined.
