The scientific publication "Public Rights" is owned by the Judiciary Research Institute and with the cooperation of the Attorney General of the country in line with the efforts of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran to "protect and restore public rights" contained in the second paragraph of Article 156. Scientific discourse, as well as providing theoretical and research support, to reform and complete the legal system governing the "revival of public rights" through:
pay to better guarantee the basic rights of the people, and facilitate the access of judicial system managers, judges, researchers, professors, and students to the conducted studies. It is hoped that this publication will take an effective step by developing public Rights literature on the one hand and implementing it through competent authorities on the other hand, making an effective contribution to the development and promotion of the public Rights discourse as well as preserving and revitalizing it. In this regard, all respected researchers and experts are invited to submit their valuable articles, which have been written in connection with the review and analysis of public Rights issues in theoretical and practical fields, including the concept and examples of public Rights and the ways to preserve, guarantee and enforce it.
