Management mechanisms to promote administrative integrity in Iran's administrative bodies in line with the protection of public rights

Abstract
Background and purpose: One of the main consequences of neglect or lack of attention to organizational health is the formation of administrative corruption. The purpose of this research is to identify the dimensions and components affecting the level of administrative health in Iran's government organizations and to provide policy solutions in this field.
Research method: The current research is developmental in terms of type, and in terms of method, it is a combination of sequential type, which in the qualitative part, the statistical population includes managers, experts in the field of policy, experts of regulatory institutions and organizations, and others. Such scientific and academic experts related to administrative health have been used and in four stages an expert panel with 20 experts has been examined and the data has been analyzed with SPS software and factor analysis. The method of data collection is library, theoretical and background, questionnaire and expertise. Due to the fact that the average number of managers and specialists working in government organizations was determined using Cochran's formula 338, the effective dimensions of the level of administrative health in Iran's government organizations have been determined.
Research findings: The findings of this research showed that the internal dimensions (equal opportunities in employment and promotion, maintaining the dignity and rights of human beings, fair and just behaviors in interaction, distribution and procedures, transparency, merit selection and efficient development), external organization and individual dimensions (including The manager's influence, organizational commitment, etc., are effective in promoting organizational health, and the innovation of this research is the design of a model for measuring the level of organizational health in government institutions, which has not been found in previous research on this topic.
