Public rights and observance of civil rights and legitimate freedoms are among the issues that have always been of concern to Islamic systems, and the facilities available in society must be used in a fair manner for the general welfare and comfort of the people. The restoration of public rights is one of the fundamental duties of the judiciary, as stipulated in Article 156, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution and Articles 22, 290, and 293 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The importance of this issue is to the extent that the Supreme Leader has repeatedly raised the issue of public rights in his speeches and meetings with judicial officials over the past two decades, which indicates the high status of this concept in his thinking. The findings of this research show that public rights are rights that are defined for all people and the responsibility for their restoration lies with the Attorney General of the country, which, if observed, will lead to people's trust in the government and the judicial system. The present study aims to explain the most important examples of public rights in the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and seeks to answer the main question of how the methods of restoring public rights are possible. In this regard, by accurately describing the concept of public rights, its implementation strategies have been analyzed. In the study, the most important examples of public rights include supporting production, defending people's rights in the international arena, health and education, enjoining good and forbidding evil, preserving moral rights, and ensuring people's security and mental peace. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and based on library studies.
