اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام قضایی؛ از آموزه‌های دینی تا تجربه

This study examines and explains the conceptual and religious foundations of professional ethics within the judicial system of the country. It seeks to demonstrate, within a scientific and practical framework, the link between the revelatory teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah and the legal and administrative requirements of the judiciary. Adopting a descriptive–analytical approach and based on the content analysis of religious, legal, and regulatory documents, the data have been collected through library research and direct field observations.
The findings indicate that professional ethics in adjudication is not merely an academic principle or a theoretical suggestion, but rather a fundamental necessity for ensuring the integrity of the judicial structure, preserving the independence of judges’ decisions, and gaining public trust in judicial justice. The results show that institutionalizing professional ethics is achievable through a combination of continuous training, strengthening supervisory systems, and utilizing the senior judges experiences. Ultimately, developing a comprehensive model of judicial ethics grounded in religious teachings and practical experience can contribute to improving decision-making quality and the efficiency of the judicial system.
