ناکامی در تحقق عدالت در پرتو بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی و راههای برون‌رفت از آن

This article, titled “Failure to achieve Justice in Light of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution’s Statement and Overcoming It,” is based on the political thought of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (may God protect him), reflected in Second Step of the Islamic Revolution’s statement. Social justice is grounded on three fundamental pillars: justice-oriented laws, righteous rulers, and a society that believes in the necessity of achieving social justice. The findings indicate that the inability and failure to realize justice occur when there is a disruption in any of these pillars. Unjust, inadequate, or outdated laws, unworthy or uninformed rulers and officials, and a populace which neglects its individual and social responsibilities and is unaware of country’s human and natural capacities lead society toward injustice and the emergence of corruption in various fields. Therefore, the way out of the challenge of injustice and failure to establish justice depends on rebuilding, reform, and strengthening of the three pillars of social justice. Achieving this requires a reevaluation of the legislative system, enhancing the competence and accountability of officials, a jihadist management approach, and increasing public awareness and participation in the process of realizing justice.
